391bet Responsible Gaming — Your Safety is Our Priority
391bet believes gaming should be enjoyable, not stressful. Play in a healthy and responsible way using our safe gaming tools and guidelines.
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. However, like any entertainment, it is important to enjoy it responsibly. At 391bet, we believe it is our ethical responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of every player.
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a controlled and planned form of entertainment — not as a way to create financial problems or mental stress. Setting limits, staying aware of your own behaviour, and seeking help when needed — these are the core foundations of responsible gaming.
On our platform, only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play. We strictly prevent minors from gaming. It is your responsibility to put protective measures in place on devices used by children or teenagers in your home and family.
Our Commitment
391bet is committed to keeping every player's gaming experience safe, transparent, and enjoyable. If you have any issues, contact us via 24/7 live chat.
Our Safe Gaming Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set your own limit on how much you deposit each day, each week, or each month. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. When the limit is reached, your session will close automatically, protecting you from further losses.
Time-Out (Break)
Take a temporary break from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time, logging in or making deposits to your account will be completely disabled. It is an effective way to clear your head.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. You can request to be excluded for 6 months or permanently. While active, no bonus or promotional emails will be sent to you.
Session Reminder
Set notifications for how long you have been playing — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or a custom interval of your choice. Taking regular breaks is a key habit for healthy gaming.
Activity Summary
View a complete record of your gaming history, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Monitoring your own behaviour is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Recognise the Warning Signs
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, it may indicate a gaming addiction. Do not hesitate to seek help.
You are spending more money than your budget allows and playing more to try to recover losses.
You feel restless, angry, or anxious when asked to stop gaming.
You are spending more time on gaming than with family, friends, or work.
You are being dishonest with family or loved ones about your gaming.
You are gaming using borrowed money or by dipping into emergency savings.
You are unable to cope with stress, loneliness, or depression without gaming.
You keep telling yourself it is the last time but continue gaming anyway.
You are spending more time gaming at the expense of sleep, eating, or daily tasks.
Age Requirement is Mandatory
The minimum age to register and play at 391bet is 21. Age is verified when an account is created. We strictly prohibit minors from gaming, and accounts are investigated in cases of suspicion.
